Arthritis Poem
Imagine.
So much pain, so much inflammation.
Joints stiff, swollen,
A fire burning beneath the skin.
Restriction.
Defeat.
Why is my body attacking itself?
I ask,
Searching for answers
In the echoes of frustration.
But then—
Change.
A shift,
A glimmer of light breaking through the haze.
Control back in my hands.
Nourishment.
Strength.
Freedom.
Imagine.
A life no longer defined by pain,
But by resilience.
